Terms & conditions, rules for adding ads and companies:

Please read below terms & conditions before you add your company or classifieds. Adding any information to CLASSIFIEDINCHINA.com means you read, understood and accepted below rules:

• Classified ads are marked by yellow color, available for both commercial and personal use. Companies catalog is marked in blue color, available for companies ONLY. No matter if your company is registered in China or other country, but you should provide service in China.
• Please pay more attention when you input all information when registering company or creating new classified ad. After confirmation all data is sent to us for verification. Checking all information takes maximum 24 hours.
• Admin has right to refuse any new classified ads or companies, if there is something suspicious. We do not need give reason for refusal.
• We will refuse new ads or companies in catalog if there is pornography, vulgarisation, spam, joke... We will refuse any ads which offer goods/services forbidden by the law or breaking copyrights.
• Companies catalog data has no time limit, so every information you send to us will be kept permanently. To change your information or remove company please refer to email which is sent to you during registration.
• Classified ads are time limited. You can choose to keep your ads for 10, 30 or 90 days. To change your information or remove ads please refer to email which is sent to you during registration.
• Contact informations from our website should not be used to send any spam emails or offer service/goods which are not desired by our users. Copying, selling, distributing and storing contacts details from CLASSIFIEDINCHINA.com is forbidden. User's information is presented for contact regarding content of ads or company specification in catalog, cannot be used for other commercial use.
• CLASSIFIEDINCHINA.com admin has right to contact you about promotions, special offers and any issues regarding your ads and company in catalog. It means you accept any commercial emails from CLASSIFIEDINCHINA.com.
• CLASSIFIEDINCHINA.com admin will do his best to verify and check all information. Admin will also work on functionality and promotion of whole service. However, admin is not responsible for the content of classified ads and catalog data and for result caused by information added by user.
